Since day one of the project, we’ve employed a team focused solely on documenting changes to our future state (for both Finance and campus stakeholders). The team is preparing a holistic approach to stakeholder readiness for transition that begins with a detailed stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, training needs assessment, and detailed communication, engagement, and training plans. Throughout the design and development cycles, key stakeholders from campus are strategically brought in to help configure elements of the system and provide subject matter expertise.
The project team is targeting the May/June timeframe to provide training and detailed reference materials for system users. We are also working with OIT and Procurement to integrate communications across the project, especially to outside stakeholders such as UC Merced’s vendors and suppliers. For the latest on training, please see training information. For reference materials, check the resources page.
