Governance

As with any large, integrated project, having the proper governance and decision-making structures in place is vital to the success of Alpha Financials. The project is led day-to-day by a Project Management Office (PMO) and monitored by a representative Advisory Board.

At project outset, the PMO, with approval from the Advisory Board, created a detailed work plan and established risk, issue, decision and change-control processes as well as escalation procedures. The PMO manages the workplan according to these processes.
